The Fully Withdrawable MCC is made to comply with IEC 60439-1: 1999; BS EN 60439-1: 1999 and have been Certified by The International Recognized ASTA Full Type Test Certification.

The MCC are designed for Form 4B segregation and IP 41 construction. Unit starter compartment have been designed to IEC 1641: 1996 and AS 3439-1: 1993 for Arcing Fault Containment Test that they would contain arc-fault safety without the need for external venting.

The Withdrawable Starter for MCC is our newly developed rational Motor Control Center Panel offering high reliability and security to meet the requirements of the high expectation of Oil & Gas industry and other general industries fields.

The withdrawable MCC are particularly suitable on systems with high potential fault current and where operator safety and speed of maintenance/ replacement are critical.

The withdrawable MCC offering shortest down time for maintenance due to the whole starter are completely removable from the drive tier without the use of any tools for disconnection of starter power and control cabling.

The withdrawable MCC also offers a ‘Test Position’, given by a single movement of the moving part. In this position, the power circuits are disconnected on both the line and load side but the control circuits are still in its connected position. It is thus possible to check operation of the auxiliary circuits as the power circuits are completely disconnected.

The MCC can be provided with Integrated Protection Control & Monitoring System such as Common Communication system for motor feeder, generator protection, control and Distributed Data Concentration.

Starters are MCCB or MCP protected.

Each individual starter and its outgoing terminals are compartmentalized. This ensures full compliance with the requirements of Form 4 segregation. It also ensures that safety or operators, maintenance and commissioning personnel working on any starter with neighbouring starter ‘LIVE’.
