A standard Design & Production Process in will take the following stages; |

Single Line Drawings
Engineers produce the Single Line Panel layouts of the product.

Design & Planning
Engineers design the layout of the product by utilizing 3D drawing softwares. |

Machinery Facilities
The Production Team will shape and prepare the parts based on the design.
This particular stage consists of;
• Shearing Metal Sheet
• CNC Turret Punching
• Welding

Copper Busbar Preparation
The Production Team will then prepares the copper busbar component.
This particular stage consists of;
• Copper bar cutting to specific sizes.
• NC Turret Punching
• Busbar Digital Bending |

Painting
The Production Team will then proceed with the painting stage.
This particular stage consists of;
• Load to Conveyorized Oven.
• Degreasing
• Epoxy Spraying
• Curing |

Assembly & Wiring
The Production Team will assemble the parts prepared and conduct wiring.
This particular stage consists of;
• Frame assembly.
• Busbar installation.
• Backet & Channel installation.
• Wiring.
• Other components installation.

Testing & Measuring
All test instruments used are calibrated (except the indicator instruments) before the expiry of the calibration due date as specified on the instrument list and the Calibration Schedule. Calibrations are made against a certified standard or instrument of a higher accuracy and are traceable to the nationally or the internationally recognized standards.
