maintain relationship with existing accounts, initiate to explore and developed new accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently, less supervision and able to work under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate and coordinates development of action plan on marketing strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create brand awareness to consultant \/ client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and present sales proposals, assist Estimator in quotations, and tenders to clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions for clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up closely with pipeline project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To learn technical knowledge on electrical and mechanical circuit drawing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certificate \/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in switchboard industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing <em>(Mandarin proficiency is essential due to frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of switchboard and power distribution systems is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to travel within Malaysia for client visit and project meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple positions available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome\u00a0to\u00a0apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","job-company":[135],"department":[8],"class_list":["post-5654","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry","job-company-powerwell","department-sales-marketing-department"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Marketing &amp;
