{"id":5931,"date":"2026-03-20T11:29:08","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T03:29:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/?post_type=position&#038;p=5931"},"modified":"2026-03-20T11:29:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T03:29:44","slug":"estimator","status":"publish","type":"position","link":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/id\/position\/estimator\/","title":{"rendered":"Estimator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Location of Work<\/strong>: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Reporting<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to Estimator Team Lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and maintain accurate tender project report &amp; daily task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender project document is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain organized filing systems for documents and ensure compliance with record retention policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Development and improvement<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing efficiency or productivity in quotation preparation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Operation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generate LV quotation and prepare costing accurately and on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage time for multiple tender projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seeking quotations and conducting price comparisons as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study and clarify tender specification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare related tender documents such as Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Unit Rate, BOQ, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update pricing in Powerwell inventory system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal department team for tender-related clarification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Learning<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Propose\/Attend learning competence which help in work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Administrative Tasks<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails (estimation related), and organizing estimation-related documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree\/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical single line diagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moderate written communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh graduate welcome to apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience Estimator in same industry will be given priority consideration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","job-company":[135],"department":[114],"class_list":["post-5931","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry","job-company-powerwell","department-estimation-department"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
