{"id":5976,"date":"2025-11-11T12:31:02","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T04:31:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/?post_type=position&#038;p=5976"},"modified":"2026-01-27T10:39:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T02:39:58","slug":"production-technician","status":"publish","type":"position","link":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/id\/position\/production-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Production Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Location of Work<\/strong>\u00a0: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to Production Engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record and report any quality issues observed during the assembly process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and document delays in the arrival of raw materials and components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep detailed records of routine maintenance performed on assembly machinery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep records of tooling, bolts, nuts, and other assembly-related materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute assembly tasks following established procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high-quality assembly and compliance with safety guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle packing, as well as loading and unloading switchboard panels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively identify quality issues during the assembly process and implement solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain machinery through routine maintenance and report malfunctions promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the assembly store, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure a clean and organized production floor by following 5S principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in implement improvement activity in assembly floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years of related experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical training or certification in manufacturing or assembly processes is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courses in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related field would be advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of switchboard products and assembly processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid understanding of electrical components.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with wiring principles and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","job-company":[135],"department":[122],"class_list":["post-5976","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry","job-company-powerwell","department-production-assembly"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
