{"id":5978,"date":"2025-11-26T13:53:14","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T05:53:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/?post_type=position&#038;p=5978"},"modified":"2026-01-27T10:39:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T02:39:58","slug":"qaqc-technician-2","status":"publish","type":"position","link":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/id\/position\/qaqc-technician-2\/","title":{"rendered":"QAQC Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Location of Work<\/strong>: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QAQC (main priority)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to QAQC &amp; SERVICE HOD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitored and managed by QAQC supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To conduct in process checking, by referring in process checklist form that include<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project panel specification (Visual and physical)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Component and breaker arrangement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Component and breaker rating detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wiring detail as per ICM &amp; DCI drawing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nameplate arrangement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Torque check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with QAQC supervisor to perform factory routine test to identify potential problem and address them proactively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist supervisor in conducting factory acceptance test with project engineering and client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To monitor and clear any punchlist recorded during factory acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist QAQC supervisor in ensuring, panel have been clean and touch up before packing for delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To update any changes on the ICM &amp; DCI drawing to be sent to project engineer for as built drawing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other duties and task given by management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service (support role)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to QAQC &amp; SERVICE HOD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitored and managed by site engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist service team if required more manpower on site testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of switchboard system to ensure they meet performance and safety standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To assist service team if site team lack knowledge of new technology of switchgear at factory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other duties and task given by management from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrical engineering diploma or equivalent; technical competency in electrical background such as Chargeman and wireman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 year experience as a service technician, electrical technician, or similar role in the electrical industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh grad in electrical background is welcome to applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding on electrical switchboard components and relevant safety protocol will be added as an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skill with keen attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently or as a part of team in fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to travel to customer site if required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driving license and clean driving record<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","job-company":[135],"department":[115],"class_list":["post-5978","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry","job-company-powerwell","department-qaqc-department"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
