{"id":5979,"date":"2025-11-26T13:55:13","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T05:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/?post_type=position&#038;p=5979"},"modified":"2026-01-27T10:39:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T02:39:58","slug":"qaqc-service-technician-2","status":"publish","type":"position","link":"https:\/\/www.powerwell.com.my\/id\/position\/qaqc-service-technician-2\/","title":{"rendered":"QAQC Service Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Location of Work<\/strong>: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Service (main priority)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to QAQC &amp; SERVICE HOD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitored and managed by the QAQC &amp; service engineer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform on site testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of switchboard system to ensure they meet performance and safety standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose technical issue, implementing modifications and improvements as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with service &amp; project engineers to address punchlist item, ensuring prompt and accurate rectification to meet project completion deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance to identify potential problem and address them proactively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with service engineer to Document all activities, including test result, modification, repairs, and punchlist rectification, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross functionals teams to identify root causes of issues and contribute to continuous product and process improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist Service engineer in training customers and junior technician on the operation, maintenance, and punchlist rectification procedure for switchboard system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Others duties and task given by management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QAQC (support during site idle mode)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to QAQC &amp; SERVICE HOD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitored and manage by the QAQC supervisor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with QAQC supervisor to increase the job knowledge for new technology of switchgear from time to time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To help QAQC team on factory routine job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other duties and task given by management from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electrical engineering diploma or equivalent; technical competency in electrical background such as Chargeman and wireman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 year experience as a service technician, electrical technician, or similar role in the electrical industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh grad in electrical background is welcome to applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding on electrical switchboard components and relevant safety protocol will be added as an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skill with keen attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently or as a part of team in fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driving license and clean driving record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","job-company":[135],"department":[115],"class_list":["post-5979","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry","job-company-powerwell","department-qaqc-department"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
