Service Senior Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Location of Work<\/strong>: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service (main priority)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to QAQC &amp; SERVICE ASSISTANT MANAGER<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work independently with minimal supervision; lead and guide junior technicians during site activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform advanced on-site testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification of switchboard systems to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, implement modifications, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the lead in addressing punch list items and coordinating with service &amp; project engineers to achieve project completion deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and conduct preventive maintenance, ensuring early detection and resolution of potential issues to minimize downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of all service activities, including test results, modifications, repairs, and punch list rectifications, with a focus on accuracy and traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical input for root cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train and mentor junior technicians and clients on operation, maintenance, and rectification procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle direct client communication when required, providing professional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QAQC (support during site idle mode)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report to QAQC &amp; SERVICE HOD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support QAQC supervisors by leading factory quality inspections, testing, and acceptance procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share knowledge on new switchgear technology and train QAQC team members to enhance competency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist QAQC teams in ensuring compliance with ISO, safety, and company quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma\/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Chargeman, Wireman, or other certified technical competencies preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3\u20135 years of relevant experience in switchboard servicing, testing, or QAQC roles (experience in leading site teams is highly advantageous).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of electrical switchboard systems, components, and international safety standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to lead teams, mentor juniors, and liaise effectively with clients and management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to travel for site assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driving license and clean driving record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","job-company":[135],"department":[115],"class_list":["post-5981","position","type-position","status-publish","hentry","job-company-powerwell","department-qaqc-department"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>QAQC &amp;
