This role is <strong>project coordination\u2013focused<\/strong>, ensuring that installation and testing &amp;commissioning works done meet Firerex standards, project timelines, and customer expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate excels in coordination, communication, and ensuring all stakeholders \u2014 contractors, consultants, internal teams, and customers \u2014 work together for a smooth and successful project delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. End-to-End Project Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take over project ownership from sales once job is confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure all activities meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate installation and T&amp;C activities to meet technical specifications and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, system design, and technical specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare project documentation required for execution and handover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Contractor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan, assign, and supervise work carried out by project teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all teams follow Firerex\u2019s quality, safety, and workmanship standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve contractor issues promptly and escalate when necessary to avoid delays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review contractor claims, work done, variations, and verify before submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Customer &amp; Stakeholder Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct regular site coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and end-users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide timely progress updates, technical clarifications, and delivery schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage customer expectations and resolve project-related concerns professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Cross-Department Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with design, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth material, drawing, and communication flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate material deliveries and verify on-site quantity and condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical updates to sales for new opportunities or variations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
