This role focuses on execution \u2014 developing customer relationships, responding to enquiries, supporting tenders, and helping drive revenue growth in Malaysia\u2019s fire protection market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced, project driven environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Revenue Generation &amp; Sales Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own and achieve monthly\/annual revenue targets across project and product sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and distributors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage follow up on quotations, tenders, and ongoing leads to close opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and actively manage sales pipeline in CRM or tracking tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Quotations &amp; Tender Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare budgetary quotations with accurate product details, scope, pricing, and lead times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage tender submissions by preparing technical and commercial documents required by customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quotation accuracy and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Customer Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain strong,\u00a0 positive relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, and end-users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide complete pre-sales support, including product information and system recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent Firerex at site meetings, customer discussions and solution briefings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Team Collaboration &amp; Sales Handover<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liaise directly with supply chain, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the preparation and coordination of sales-to-project handover documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
