<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for a <strong>Sales Coordinator<\/strong> to support our sales and marketing team in handling documents, customer communication, order processing, and internal coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Administrative Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain customer database and sales records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and organize quotations, orders, inquiries, and other documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide general admin support to the sales team when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Order Processing &amp; Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process orders accurately and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the sales team with client communication, proposal and quotation preparation, and order processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track sales performance, monitor customer interactions, and assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer Service &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide updates on order status and support in resolving customer issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marketing Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in marketing-related activities and help maintain brand consistency in customer-facing initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics, project) to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Basic Design &amp;
