Forecasting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the Production General Manager (PGM) in preparing the <strong>yearly budget<\/strong>, including production capacity planning and manpower requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the PGM in designing <strong>Powerwell culture activities<\/strong> and departmental team-building initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage <strong>demand forecasting<\/strong>: coordinate sales-production forecasts, propose project ETDs during negotiation stages, and provide advanced Group production capacity planning to the Production Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Production Planning &amp; Pre-Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execute <strong>project busbar planning<\/strong>, monitor busbar inventory levels, and assign\/review outputs of metal standard parts (product design and production) prior to production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and organize <strong>target completion dates<\/strong> for each section (Metal Part, Assembly, Nameplate, QAQC) while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously <strong>monitor production progress<\/strong>; identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and update Project Engineers and PGM on ETD changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Materials Planning &amp; Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review production ETDs in terms of available <strong>space and manpower<\/strong> and align with Project Engineers on achievable timelines without incurring additional costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage <strong>material issues<\/strong>: missing, wrong, replacement, or delayed materials; coordinate with Production Engineers, PPC, Project Engineers, and Purchasing to minimize impact on ETDs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update <strong>purchase ETAs<\/strong> in line with production plans to ensure effective cash flow management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coordination &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate with Project, Production, and Supply Chain teams\u2019 post-production (FAT and delivery) to ensure smooth handover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report <strong>daily<\/strong> at Group Level to PGM on On-Time Delivery (OTD), RTA success\/failure, space and manpower capacity, and provide root-cause analysis with improvement recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and lead <strong>weekly Group meetings<\/strong> with Marketing &amp; Sales, Engineering, and Production, ensuring follow-ups and circulation of meeting minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and lead <strong>weekly departmental meetings<\/strong> for Kejuruteraan Powerwell Sdn Bhd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Outsourcing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive <strong>continuous improvement initiatives<\/strong> to streamline processes, optimize resources, and reduce costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage <strong>outsourced completed panel deliveries<\/strong> to Powerwell factory, coordinate with Project Engineers and outsourcers on technical and design requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Learning &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stay updated on <strong>emerging technologies<\/strong> and best practices in business process management to enhance operational and strategic performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Others<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reporting Lines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Directly report to the <strong>Production General Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit all reports to the <strong>Managing Director<\/strong> and PGM; escalate cross-departmental challenges to the Managing Director for timely resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements \/ Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience: Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and control within a manufacturing or production environment, with exposure to cross-functional coordination with minimum 3 years experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production, sales, and operational data to make informed decisions and recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ERP\/MRP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP\/MRP systems and production planning software to manage, monitor, and analyse production data effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precision &amp; Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing schedules, inventory, and production processes to ensure operational efficiency and quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership &amp;
