Key Responsibilities:
Tender:
- Understand products as Powerwell Switchboard, Siemens Sivacon Switchboard, Siemens Simoprime MV Switchboard
- Understand Single Line Drawing, tender project study or requirements and technical specifications study for all inquiries
- To support Tender Department by providing on-time submission quotations
- To propose Value Engineering (VE) & final budget for requested inquiries
- To provide all related tender submission documents to fulfil customer need
- Register project secure and to ensure all relevant document saved to server
- Coordinate/ effectively communicate with other department to ensure clear information and document submission flow to relevant party/department
Project:
- To clarify on technical issue of the project with consultant, contractor to ensure the project is done as per requirement and no rework need to do at site unless for chargeable modification.
- To coordinate/ effectively communicate with customer, supplier, sub-contractor, to make sure project/sitework can be done and deliver as per schedule
- To perform and monitor sub-contractor site work
- To participate site/meeting with consultant/customer to resolving engineering & project management issue
- Coordinate/ effectively communicate with other department to ensure clear information and document submission flow to relevant party/department
Others:
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum certificate/diploma/bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of experience in switchboard design and manufacturing is preferred.
- Background in power system analysis and the principles of Low and Medium Voltage Systems.
- Knowledge for Low Voltage and Medium Voltage products.
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel
