Purchasing Assistant/ Executive

This role is an integral part of the sales team reporting through to the Business Development Manager, you will be the key person for quotation generation, products costing, reports generation and communication with customers whenever there is a demand.


  1. Liaise with supplier on delivery schedule.
  2. To maintain /monitor all supplier delivery & quality performance.
  3. Verify supplier invoice against purchase order issued.
  4. Update and maintain store documentation.
  5. To assist the purchaser in issuing Purchase Order and other related documents
  6. Prepare purchase report as and when required.
  7. To ensure all documents are maintained in good filling system


  1.  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  2. Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  4. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
  6. Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning.
  7. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing &Inventory or equivalent.
  8. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
