Key Responsibilities :
Reporting
- Report to Production Engineer
- Record and report any quality issues observed during the assembly process.
- Identify and document delays in the arrival of raw materials and components.
- Keep detailed records of routine maintenance performed on assembly machinery.
- Keep records of tooling, bolts, nuts, and other assembly-related materials
Operation
- Execute assembly tasks following established procedures.
- Ensure high-quality assembly and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Handle packing, as well as loading and unloading switchboard panels.
- Proactively identify quality issues during the assembly process and implement solution.
- Maintain machinery through routine maintenance and report malfunctions promptly.
- Manage the assembly store, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
- Ensure a clean and organized production floor by following 5S principles.
- Assist in implement improvement activity in assembly floor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing or assembly processes is preferred.
- Courses in electrical assembly, wiring, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of switchboard products and assembly processes.
- Solid understanding of electrical components.
- Familiarity with wiring principles and the ability to interpret wiring diagrams.
