Location of Work : Johor Bahru
Key Responsibilities :
- To assemble switchboard panels at the assembly line according to shop floor drawings, instructions, and electrical schematic drawings.
- To check and inspect assembled switchboard panels for any faults or defects
- To inform and report to superior if major quality issues are detected
- To load product parts for assembly onto the line and pack assembled products into boxes for storage if required
- To install electrical components, wiring and wiring accessories
- To follow established safety procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly
- To correctly use and maintain power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments
- To identify different types of cables and wires
- To read and interpret electrical specifications, wiring and circuit diagrams, and switchboard’s metal parts configuration
- To use safety equipment and protection devices and equipment (PPE)
- To carry out tasks and assignments that are assigned by superior
- To always ensure good housekeeping (5S) at the assembly line
- To provide support and assistant in solving manufacturing process and quality matters
- To perform any other duties, projects or assignments as assigned by the Management
Qualifications / Requirements
- SPM / Certificate in relevant discipline
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years working experience in related industry
- Ability to read drawings and able to perform wiring accurately
