Marketing & Sales Associate -Firerex

Role Summary

Support Firerex’s business growth by driving brand visibility, building industry relationships, and executing marketing activities that position our products and systems as trusted fire-protection solutions.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, marketing-driven, and able to convert awareness into sales opportunities by nurturing strong professional networks across the construction and fire-protection ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Awareness & Market Penetration

  • Execute marketing activities to increase Firerex’s brand presence with main contractors, MEP consultants, developers, and industry partners.
  • Develop marketing materials (presentations, brochures, case studies) with support from the marketing team.
  • Organize and attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company and liaise with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, digital content, and promotional campaigns.

2. Sales Support and Lead Generation

  • Identify potential sales opportunities from marketing efforts and coordinate closely with the sales team to convert leads.
  • Participate in customer meetings and site visits to understand market needs.
  • Track and report on marketing impact and lead conversion rates to guide strategy improvements.

3. Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain a database of key accounts, contacts, events, and marketing touchpoints.
  • Provide periodic updates on vendor registration status, market feedback, and competitor activities.

4. Relationship Building & Industry Networking

  • Establish regular touchpoints with contractors, consultants, distributors, and potential partners.
  • Conduct introductory presentations, product briefings, and company profile sessions.
  • Support awareness campaigns to ensure key decision makers recognize Firerex as a trusted fire-protection brand.

5. Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends to inform Firerex’s marketing strategy.
  • Suggest new marketing initiatives and channels to enhance brand reach and sales potential.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, customer relations, or account servicing (construction, M&E, or industrial sector is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills — enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
  • Marketing-driven mindset with interest in branding, outreach, and industry engagement.
  • Good organization, follow-up discipline, and ability to manage multiple accounts or registrations.
  • Proactive, outgoing, and confident in approaching clients or customers.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for meetings, visits, and industry events.
