Key Responsibilities :
About the role:
Site Administrator is to support daily site operations, documentations, and project coordination. The selected candidates will be stationed at our client’s project site and act as the key support to Powerwell site team and project management office.
- Site Administration & Coordination
- Provide administrative support to the project team stationed onsite
- Manage daily attendance, timesheets, and staff movement records
- Coordinate logistics, site access, induction and safety pass for employees and subcontractors
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and organize site documents including technical files, drawings, reports and permits
- Follow up with head office for document submission, purchase requests, delivery orders, approvals, material tracking logs and procurement
- Preparing daily report for tracking project progress and compile weekly and monthly site reports
- Assist in upload document to Procore and close site issue
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain site safety documentation and ensure staff follow site compliance requirements
- Ensure updated records of PPE issuance and visitor log
- Vendor & Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate deliveries, vendor appointments, and site access approvals
- Support communication between client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor office supplies, stationery and site administration needs
Qualifications / Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in construction, data centre or engineering project environment is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organization, documentation, and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and teamwork with multi-stakeholder coordination
- Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to be based at client site for entire project duration
